What scripting languages do you support?
All accounts include ColdFusion MX 7, ASP, ASP.NET, Perl, PHP, CGI-BIN, MIME Type Editor, Custom Error Pages, and SmarterStats.

Do you support Access, MySQL or MS SQL Server?
All accounts support Microsoft Access, MSSQL, MySQL. You can use our online control panel to setup your ODBC Datasources.

Do you offer any kind of website statistics?
Yes, we provide website statistics using Webalizer. You can access your statistics through your control panel.

What is bandwidth and how much do I need?
Bandwidth is the amount of data that is transferred whenever a visitor hits your site. The bandwidth included in your plan should be more than enough for most hosting accounts. This would support hundreds of thousands of hits per month depending on how much content you have on your web site.

How do I setup my POP3 email?
All plans include POP3 and web-based email access, email forwarding, and auto-responders. By default, anything@yourdomainname.com goes to your primary catch-all email box.
Incoming Mail POP3 Server: mail.yourdomainname.com (OR you can use your IP address)
Out Going SMTP Mail Server: Please use your ISP's outgoing mail server.
Username/Password (main account): For the main account mailbox, the username and password are the same ones you use for FTP or CPanel access.
Username/Password for (additional mailboxes): For the username, enter the complete email address, name@yourdomainname.com. The password should be whatever you specified when you set up the POP mailbox.

What is your uptime guarantee?
We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee. If we fall below this rate, you will have your next month of hosting for free.

In your order form, what do you mean by "Domain Transfer"?
Domain Transfer simply means you want web hosting, but you already have a domain name. You do not need to transfer your registrar to us. All you would need to do is change your DNS Servers for your domain name to ours:
Primary DNS: ns1.intyce.com (207.170.65.133)
Secondary DNS: ns2.intyce.com (66.29.146.152)

Do you have 24/7 support?
Yes, we have a hosting technician on call 24/7. In your control panel, you may send an email to our technician at support@intyce.com with your problem and it will be resolved as soon as possible.

Do you support Microsoft FrontPage Extensions?
Yes, all of our plans support FrontPage 2002 Extensions.

Is there a cancellation fee?
No, there are no contracts or cancellation fees. You may cancel hosting at any time by sending an email to support@intyce.com with your request. If you have registered a domain name, that fee can not be refunded but you will have ownership of that domain name until it expires.
